About Alison Hoy Personal Real Estate Corporation

Alison has always been drawn to jobs and careers where serving people was at the forefront. Starting work at an early age in her family's grocery store taught her how to have a strong work ethic and be responsible and accountable. Growing up, she saw how her father grew his real estate portfolio, which included entire apartment buildings throughout the Lower Mainland.

While in school to become a dental hygienist, Alison was approached by a long-time family friend to join his real estate development company. From there, she became licensed, started to grow her own portfolio, and began discovering her love for helping others buy and sell real estate.

Alison is the mother to an exuberant daughter, Madison, whose laugh and personality is not unlike her own. Although she is just over 5 feet in height, she is passionate about volleyball and has been playing in intermediate and competitive leagues for more than 30 years. She would have chosen to be a professional volleyball player if only she had been taller!

Alison's competitive nature, along with her caring personality and drive for perfection is the dynamic combination that helped her achieve Top 10% Medallion Club status. She accomplished this while working a full-time job, parenting a toddler, and being an attentive wife who maintains a clean house and puts dinner on the table. Alison is now committed to helping people find their forever home full-time.
