For more than three decades, I've built and operated businesses in hospitality. Much of that time has been spent creating places where people gather, building teams, solving problems and learning what great service actually looks like.

That experience shapes the way I approach real estate today.

To me, great service starts with listening. I want to understand what you're trying to accomplish, what's important to you and what you're concerned about before we ever start talking about the transaction.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, moving up to give your family more space or downsizing for the next chapter, my role is to help you understand your options and make a smart decision.

A Hospitality Approach to Real Estate

Hospitality taught me that the details matter.

It taught me to anticipate problems before they become problems, communicate clearly, stay calm when things get complicated and make sure the person I'm looking after feels taken care of.

Real estate requires many of those same skills.

I'll give you straightforward advice, help you understand the market, negotiate hard when it matters and manage the details from beginning to end. And if I don't think something is in your best interest, I'll tell you.

There doesn't need to be unnecessary pressure. Sometimes the right decision is to move. Sometimes it's to wait. My job is to help you know the difference.
